Teachers office hours and preferred contact will vary. All virtual learning assignments can be found in your students harmony account. Be sure to include the student name in the subject line of the e-mail to avoid the email being sent to the school spam filter.

- Virtual learning days allow school districts to conduct Virtual Learning Days ON the actual snow day. In the event that school is closed due to inclement weather, you will be contacted through the district's School Messenger System. The message will state that MSD of North Posey County will have a virtual learning day due to the inclement weather and the building will be closed. In addition to the School Messenger call, information about the virtual learning day will be posted on the district's website and on social media.
- Teachers will create digit lesson in core subject areas. The bundle will contain 5 total hours of academic work for elementary students.
- Assignments & directions will be posted in Harmony by 9:00 am on the inclement weather day (snow day)
- Attendance for students will be counted through the work submitted on-line. This assigned work is mandatory, as it replaces a scheduled day of school. Students are counted absent if no signs of work are completed/participated in and grades may be documents by the classroom teacher. Students should turn in the completed work to school within 5 school days after the virtual learning snow day.
- Students that do not have adequate internet access at home may schedule lab time through Mrs. Koester
- Teachers will be available for a total of 4 "office hours" between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm during the actual snow day. Each teacher will communicate with students and parents the times and means that they can be reached during office hours.
